These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in our brand’s Partner Program. By submitting your application to become a partner, you agree to comply with the following rules and guidelines. Please read this Agreement carefully before applying.

Eligibility:

a. The Program is open to individuals who meet the brand criteria.

Application Process:

a.To apply for the Program, you must complete the provided application form accurately and provide any requested information.

b.The information provided must be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

c.Incomplete or misleading applications may result in rejection.

Approval Process:

a.Each application will be reviewed by our team, and we reserve the right to accept or reject applications based on our discretion.

b.Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details and instructions.

Partner Obligations:

a.As a partner, you agree to actively promote and represent our brand in a positive and professional manner.

b.You will uphold our brand values and adhere to any brand guidelines provided.

c.You will maintain high ethical standards throughout all interactions related to our partnership.

d.As a partner, you agree to follow our Brand’s Social media such as TikTok and Instagram accounts.

e.As a partner, you agree to post 1 Instagram Story or 1 post on your Instagram Profile showing the chosen product (applies to cases where the chosen social network was Instagram)

f.As a partner, you agree to post 1 TikTok video on your account showing the chosen product (applies to cases where the chosen social network was TikTok)

g.As a partner, you agree to mention our brand and showcase the chosen product for at least a 10 second segment of 1 Youtube video (applies to cases where the chosen social network was Youtube)

Marketing and Promotion:

a.Promote our brand’s products through the chosen marketing channels such as social media.

b.Include affiliate links and/or discount codes in your promotional activities as specified by our brand.

Collaboration and Communication:

a.Effective communication is essential to a successful partnership. You agree to promptly respond to communication from our brand and engage in regular collaboration and feedback sessions as needed.

b.In case the partner is interested, we will send samples of the new products before they are launched on the market so that you can share with your audience 

Termination:

a.We reserve the right to terminate the partnership if the other party fails to adhere to the established rules, engages in unethical practices, or violates any obligations.

Modification of Terms:

a.We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Partner Program Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and our brand regarding the Partner Program.
