For your safety, and because your satisfaction and well being is our top priority, we have included in our Breast Tape set an Allergy Test, so that you can test if you have any allergic reaction to the tape before placing it on a larger area of your body. Please follow all the step-by-step instructions provided below.
- Make sure that your skin is completely dry and clean, without any lotion, cream, perfume, sunblock, or anything that may compromise the stickiness. Very important: Never apply this
product to bruised, scuffed or injured areas of your skin. - Although our product is made from skin-safe medical grade materials, before using your NEATS Tape, it is advised to apply our Allergy Test Patch. To do so, simply remove the back
part of the Allergy Test Patch, and glue the patch on your rib area. - In order to get a clear idea of how your skin reacts to the breast tape, we recommend that you leave it on your skin for 4 to 6 hours, keeping in mind that you should never leave the tape on your body for more than 8 hours. Please take this into consideration.
- After 4-6 hours, it’s time to remove it.
- To remove as safely as possible, we recommend soaking the tape in baby oil, and pulling it back against itself, and against your skin. Ideally, the lifted part that you are pulling should be
touching the tape still attached to your skin, bearing in mind that it should never be removed by pulling from any other angle, for an easy and trouble-free removal. - Everything’s perfect? As our goal is to make the whole process as easy as possible, you can measure your NEATS Breast Tape using the indicators on the back of the tape. We hope you find this helpful. We recommend doing this in front of a mirror as it may be easier for you!
- Remove the paper back from the down side, and start slowly applying the tape to the desired area of your breast.
- Remove carefully a bit of the paper back, lift up your breast, and place the tape on the outer base of your breast. Pull on your breast with one hand to lift it up, while carefully pulling the
tape up with the other hand. Do not remove the back part of the tape all at once, because this way it will not stay in the right place, and may stick incorrectly. - Press the tape on the skin firmly, and make it smooth from the edge.
- After you are done applying, smooth out any wrinkles. Once it has touched your skin, the tape will not re-stick.
- Repeat the process and apply the tape on your other breast. Remember that you should not use the tape for more than 8 consecutive hours.

How to remove your NEATS Breast Tape:
After giving your Breast Tape the proper use, it is time to remove it. Please follow all the steps below to avoid a painful removal, or skin damage. It is very important that the removal of the tape is done slowly and carefully from your skin, and not to take it off as if it was a band-aid. This can seriously damage your skin, as most of skin damage or irritation occurs when there’s a big traction, and an aggressive removal.Trust us on this.
- Before removing the tape from your skin, completely soak the tape using Baby oil. This is a crucial step that will make the removal process a lot easier, faster and safer. Never dry peel
the tape from your skin. If you are absolutely unable to get Baby oil, we recommend using a similar oil moisturizer, or at least lukewarm water. - After soaking the tape with Baby oil, it is recommended to wait 15 minutes for the oil to penetrate the adhesive, and slowly start to peel off the tape from the skin.
- It is important to keep in mind that the tape removal process should not be painful, and that if it is, it’s because it is necessary to apply more oil and/or wait longer for it to penetrate the tape as much as possible.
- After doing the previous step, it is time to start pulling the tape. To do this the best way possible, it is important to hold your skin firmly with one hand, holding back the skin behind the tape, while peeling the tape off with the other hand.
- Pull the tape back against itself, bearing in mind that it should never be removed by pulling at a 45º angle or any other angle for a painless removal without any damage to the skin.
- After removing the tape, use a cotton pad to remove any remaining adhesive if necessary, and maybe take a shower to wash off any excess oil.
- To soothe your skin after use of the tape, it is recommended that you put on a moisturizing lotion to calm the skin if needed.
WARNING: We do not recommend the tape to be removed with any product rather than Baby oil. However, if you are absolutely unable to access it, you can always try to remove it with a similar oil or with warm water, although this is expected to be less pleasing and potentially more hazardous to the skin. These are thee best!!! I have been looking for nipple covers that are completely seamless and these are it! I have tried quite a few other brands and either 1) the print showed through my shirts or 2) the adhesion irritated my skin, or sometimes both. These adhere easily and stay put. I don’t even feel them when they’re on. To remove, just go slow and use warm water like the instructions suggest. I have very sensitive skin, and after two days of wear, (taking them off and washing them at night), there is no irritation. I have smaller boobs (34A) so it covers my nipple and some of my boob so it looks seamless and you cant see where the cups end or start like some others ive used. They last a long time if you carefully wash them when they get linty and stuff. One annoying thing is when its new the glue makes your boobs feel a little itchy lmao after a while it goes away!

Tried it with a formal dress, felt nice and secure. Tried it with one of my cosplay’s leotard, looked great, no lines. I found it easy to forget they are on. While I haven’t had the chance to wear them with a sarashi bra for extra coverage when larping yet, my brief experience with the product leads me to believe it should work. It didn’t work well with sports bras I would normally wear a regular bra under, but that’s the fault of physics. I appreciate the inclusion of dress tape.

These little contraptions are AMAZING. They easily stick, stay on all day, and do not show through! You can wear them anything. I prefer to go braless, but can feel a little uncomfortable on a cold day. These take care of that problem in a snap. You don’t even notice you are wearing them – I’ve gone to sleep with them on accidentally! I’ve worn them about 6 times and so far not any issue with sticking.If you’re thinking about these – BUY THEM!!!

These are great but I have a suggestion for an updated case. It would be better if/when you update these to design the case where the Neats go side by side and have a lid that you place on top. A regular box, rather than a slide in box. If you don’t want these out in the open now, you have to close the box up after carefully layering them back neatly in the box. If you do it my suggested way, it will be faster to remove and replace them in box. Thanks!

I’m in absolute LOVE with these. They work perfectly and you cannot seem that at all through anything. I’ve worn really thin dresses and shirts and you cannot see my nipple or the nipple cover through it. It adheres great and stays on all night, even while sweating from dancing the night away. I’ve reused them at least 10 times and they still adhere just like the first time I put them on. It comes with cloth circles you can place inside so that it doesn’t stick to your nipple and prevent discomfort.

These are my first ever covers, and I will say they did an amazing job. They stuck the entire day with no issue and it was also very easy to remove. I’ve been working from home, and NOT wearing a bra. I hate bras. I’m a 40DD. I never wear bras at home, but then if I have to run out and get the mail, I’m self conscious when I see a neighbor, or if I have to run to the store, etc. I put the Neats on in the afternoon to try them out, under a kind of thick T-shirt. You couldn’t see them. I switched to a thin tank top and you could barely see the outline of them, but it was definitely better than being braless. I forgot that I was wearing them until I went to take a bath that night before bed. I peeled them off easily and they didn’t leave any marks. I have VERY sensitive skin so I’m a good tester for that. The next morning there were also no marks or irritation. There is no support so it is like being braless but it does hide the nips. I wore them multiple times and the stickiness was fine. I re adhered them to the harder plastic each time I was done. I also forgot I was wearing them each time. I almost got in the bath with them.

They are light weight, I don’t even realize they’re there and they stick on well too.
