After giving your Breast Tape the proper use, it is time to remove it. Please follow all the steps below to avoid a painful removal, or skin damage. It is very important that the removal of the tape is done slowly and carefully from your skin, and not to take it off as if it was a band-aid. This can seriously damage your skin, as most of skin damage or irritation occurs when there’s a big traction, and an aggressive removal.Trust us on this.

1. Before removing the tape from your skin, completely soak the tape using Baby oil. This is a crucial step that will make the removal process a lot easier, faster and safer. Never dry peel the tape from your skin. If you are absolutely unable to get Baby oil, we recommend using a similar oil moisturizer, or at least lukewarm water.
2. After soaking the tape with Baby oil, it is recommended to wait 15 minutes for the oil to penetrate the adhesive, and slowly start to peel off the tape from the skin. 
3. It is important to keep in mind that the tape removal process should not be painful, and that if it is, it’s because it is necessary to apply more oil and/or wait longer for it to penetrate the tape as much as possible. 
4. After doing the previous step, it is time to start pulling the tape. To do this the best way possible, it is important to hold your skin firmly with one hand, holding back the skin behind the tape, while peeling the tape off with the other hand.
5. Pull the tape back against itself, bearing in mind that it should never be removed by pulling at a 45º angle or any other angle for a painless removal without any damage to the skin.
6. After removing the tape, use a cotton pad to remove any remaining adhesive if necessary, and maybe take a shower to wash off any excess oil.
7. To soothe your skin after use of the tape, it is recommended that you put on a moisturizing lotion to calm the skin if needed.

WARNING: We do not recommend the tape to be removed with any product rather than Baby oil. However, if you are absolutely unable to access it, you can always try to remove it with a similar oil or with warm water, although this is expected to be less pleasing and potentially more hazardous to the skin. NEATS is not responsible for any damage to the skin. For everything to go as smoothly as possible, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to follow all the steps described above peacefully, and carefully.

For your safety, and because your satisfaction and well being is our top priority, we have included in our Breast Tape set an Allergy Test, so that you can test if you have any allergic reaction to the tape before placing it on a larger area of your body. Please follow all the step-by-step instructions provided below.

1. Make sure that your skin is completely dry and clean, without any lotion, cream, perfume, sunblock, or anything that may compromise the stickiness. Very important: Never apply this product to bruised, scuffed or injured areas of your skin.
2. Although our product is made from skin-safe medical grade materials, before using your NEATS Tape, it is advised to apply our Allergy Test Patch. To do so, simply remove the back part of the Allergy Test Patch, and glue the patch on your rib area.
3. In order to get a clear idea of how your skin reacts to the breast tape, we recommend that you leave it on your skin for 4 to 6 hours, keeping in mind that you should never leave the tape on your body for more than 8 hours. Please take this into consideration.
4. After 4-6 hours, it’s time to remove it. 
5. To remove as safely as possible, we recommend soaking the tape in baby oil, and pulling it back against itself, and against your skin. Ideally, the lifted part that you are pulling should be touching the tape still attached to your skin, bearing in mind that it should never be removed by pulling from any other angle,  for an easy and trouble-free removal.
6. Everything's perfect? Now you are ready for the real deal. Read the “How to use your NEATS Breast Tape” Instructions to know the correct way to apply your tape, and enjoy the true freedom with your NEATS Breast Tape Set.

After successfully completing the Allergy Test and making sure your skin has no allergic reaction to the adhesive, it's time to start rocking your NEATS Breast Tape!

1. Make sure that your skin is completely dry and clean, without any lotion, cream, perfume, sunblock, or anything that may compromise the stickiness.
2. In order to make the breast tape as comfortable as possible for you, we added Satin Nipple Covers to the NEATS Breast Tape Set, so you can protect this very sensitive part of your body before applying the tape. Take your Satin Nipple Covers from its package, remove their back part, and apply 1 in each nipple. We believe it is something that will make all the difference in your comfort, and we strongly recommend that you use them. Now that you have your nipples protected, It’s time to get the perfect breast lift!
3. Measure and cut as much tape length as you find necessary. As our goal is to make the whole process as easy as possible, you can measure your NEATS Breast Tape using the indicators on the back of the tape. We hope you find this helpful. We recommend doing this in front of a mirror as it may be easier for you! 
4. Remove the paper back from the down side, and start slowly applying the tape to the desired area of your breast.
5. Remove carefully a bit of the paper back, lift up your breast, and place the tape on the outer base of your breast. Pull on your breast with one hand to lift it up, while carefully pulling the tape up with the other hand. Do not remove the back part of the tape all at once, because this way it will not stay in the right place, and may stick incorrectly. 
6. Press the tape on the skin firmly, and make it smooth from the edge.
7. After you are done applying, smooth out any wrinkles. Once it has touched your skin, the tape will not re-stick.
8. Repeat the process and apply the tape on your other breast. Remember that you should not use the tape for more than 8 consecutive hours.

WARNING: Even though our product is made from medical grade skin-friendly and hypoallergenic certified components, do not use this product if you have especially sensitive skin. Also, do not use this product if you are allergic to any adhesives.

Do not apply under any circumstances to sensitive, broken, irritated, wound, bruised, scuffed,  or damaged skin. Be careful with using it over recent scar tissue, the scar should be at least 8 months old.

In the rare event that an irritation develops, please please discontinue use immediately and contact your physician, as well as our support team reporting this issue. 

Do not use it for more than 8 hours. Incorrect use can cause skin irritation or skin damage.
