How can I use my NEATS coupon code?
To use your NEATS coupon code you just have to insert it before finalizing your order and it will be automatically applied.
Are the Neats nipple covers safe to wear in hot temperatures?
Yes, our nipple covers are safe to wear in hot temperatures. However, prolonged use (over 4 hours) in such conditions may affect their stickiness and result in natural sweat accumulation. For the best results, we recommend limiting wear time in hot weather.
How do I correctly apply the Neats Nipple Covers?
1. Before having any contact with your Neats Nipple Covers, make sure to have your hands and skin clean and dry (without any lotion or cream). This step is crucial in order to guarantee optimal adherence.
2. Remove the dust-protective plastic films and store them back inside the box, away from the open environment, so you can use them again.
3. Carefully apply the nipple covers to the clean and dried surface of your breast, covering the entire nipple and areola region. It is important your nipple covers are well stretched and placed so that you do not get a bumpy look.
4. Firmly press them against your skin so that the glue can fully make contact with your breast providing a strong bond that will keep the nipple covers in place.
5. Please take into account that It is very important to follow all these steps carefully, in order to get an invisible & clear nippleless look.
How do I correctly remove the Neats Nipple Covers?
1. When you are ready to remove your Neats Nipple Covers, it is advised to use mildly warm water to help prevent any skin irritation that may occur from dry peeling.
2. After removing the pasties, please read the instructions on how to safely wash your Neats Nipple Covers, in order to increase its average lifespan the most possible.
How can I safely wash the Neats Nipple Covers?
1. Make sure to have a clean and dry environment before starting the washing process of your Neats Nipple Covers.
2. Prepare some lukewarm water or mildly warm water and place both Neats Nipple Covers nearby on a clean surface.
3. Rinse the first Nipple Cover in the water, and, using only your fingertips, carefully remove any loose debris, particles or hair that might have been caught by the glue.
4. Still with the help of water, use mild soap to lift and remove the remaining dust particles from both sides and effectively clean the Neats Nipple Covers, applying a constant delicate pressure in circular motion using your fingertips only. (Do NOT use any soap that not specifically made for sensitive areas)
5. Rinse one last time the Neats Nipple Cover with lukewarm water to remove all the mild soap from both sides.
6. After repeating the washing process for the second Nipple Cover, place both of the Nipple Covers in a dust free location and wait about 15-20 minutes for them to dry completely.
7. After cleaning the pasties, re-apply the protective film removed at the start to the glue side of each nipple cover so that the glue keeps its properties and doesn’t collect dust, and store them inside their original Neats Packaging. (To preserve their perfect shape, we recommend placing them on the Neats Shell.)
I can see my nipples through the nipple cover! What should I do?
Most customers do not experience visibility issues with our product. However, some may find it challenging to fully conceal the nipples. To address this, we recommend using the cotton pads included in the set, which can help improve coverage and reduce visibility.
